Kudos to Whistnehunt, with 30 seconds left down 3 scores, throwing to Anquan Boldin over the middle. And he is subsequently killed and carted off the field.

Anquan Boldin might be dead. Not quite that bad I guess, but Smith? - the safety from the Jets should be getting fined and possibly suspended for multiple games.

That hit on Boldin was absolutely horrible.

But seeing players from both teams kneeling down i prayer for him was even scarier. I hope he is going to be ok.

Still 2-2, Vikings lost, Chicago has a tough opponent tonight, and the Falcons are on the schedule for next week. Thank God for the NFC North.

I'd say that Rodger injury was the difference in this ball game. The Bucs really miss Joey Galloway right now, hopefully he comes back at full speed soon. The safeties are just teeing off (playing short/aggressive) without Galloway present and it's gonna start costing the Bucs if he doesn't come back soon.

Ugh. QB-less and D-less Guy caught a huge ass break when all his RBs and WRs had fantastic days and he's currently up on me 67-54 and that's with 4 points already for Lee Evans.

He's got the Cowboys K going currently as well.

I'm gonna need a -huge- game from Evans and a fantastic showing from the Ravens D to win this I think.

Way to pick a week to suck it, Reggie Bush.

Per PFT

A league source tells us that Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin did not suffer a neck injury in the final minute of Sunday’s 56-35 loss to the Jets.

Boldin was taken from the field on a stretcher. He apparently was only knocked out.

Per the source, Boldin has full use of his extremities.

Looks like the Athletics are beating the Padres 5-0 but just scored a touchdown... oh wait that is the Raiders winning now 12-0 after a TD over the Chargers..

In other news that I don't like to see.. Rams are beating Buffalo too.

Pretty impressed with how my Skins are playing so far. Even if they lose this game (which i think is likely, the Cowboys are VERY good) - if they play well it gives me some confidence that they can survive in the NFC East and pull off a WC birth.

Skins have TD called back not once, but twice, on last drive. Settle for field goal to go back on top 20-17.

The worse part of that is the same offensive lineman was called with the penalty both times.

The skins loosing a couple of d-backs won't make it easier to contain the cowboys.

Sproles is keeping the Chargers season alive so far. He's the best RB on the roster right now and his impact in the return game has been huge.

Big 3rd down here. Don't even trust Kaeding from here after the day he has had.

The Packers game was a big disappointment. The team is not playing up to expectations. I don't mean Rodgers either, I mean the team. The WRs have been dropping easy receptions, the run defense blows, injuries, the run game (which sucks mainly when Grant is running, yet they have to stick with him since they paid him money I guess).

This was the worst Packer game of the year IMO, and when you add Rodgers' picks and injury I think it was the game a lot of people have been waiting for to really rip into McCarthy and Thompson for their QB choices. I wish those two luck, they will need some thick skin once again this week.

Hopefully Atlanta provides an easy bounce back game next week.

1. Chance to practice on two point conversions for more important moments later in the year.

2. Why not? It can't hurt. It's not like they'll score two TD's and two FG's and beat you by one if you miss.

3. It would be bad enough if you had a major collapse that allowed the Cards to score three TD's in a row. It would be worse if you lost because you didn't go for two when there was no drawback to doing it.

Cowboys with 12 men on field, coming out of a timeout, to hand Redskins a 3rd down pickup. Really poor effort by them today. It isn't altogether unsurprising to have a letdown after Philly/GB games, but sucks to do it against a division rival. At home.

Dallas, in first 57 minutes of this game, has 39 pass attempts and 11 rushing attempts. Are you kidding me????

Very excited to see the skins looking at a likely 3-1 at this point. Before the season started I would have figured on probably 1-3 maybe 2-2 at this point - especially after the disaster that was the Giants game.

Dusty Baker must be the Cowboys new QB coach. That's the only way it makes sense.

Another big blown call by Ed Hochuli. And, again this one was not even close with everyone in the stadium knowing immediately that it was complete B.S.

Is it time for Ed Hochuli to be sat down by the NFL and given some time off? I mean what is going on? The guy has completely lost it.

He is one of the best for years, and now two blown calls = lost it? A bit harsh perhaps?

Dilfer is very good. Hopefully he can replace one of those muppets in the SNF booth at some point soon.

I'm a huge Matt Bryant fan now. Comes out and (effectively) wins the game for his team a few days after his infant son dies. Sean Taylor meast of the week award for sure.
