you know not what you speak of. her breasts are oddities of science. no need for them to be that big on such a skinny frame. and they're real. too bad redheads ain't my bag or else i'd put her in my top 10.

Agreed, they are definitely still in play.

Emergency Call in Lohan Arrest Released
Jul 27 10:03 AM US/Eastern

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) - Authorities have released an audio copy of the 911 call made by the mother of Lindsay Lohan's former personal assistant in the minutes before Lohan's arrest.

The woman pleaded frantically for help early Tuesday because a mysterious car was following her, according to the audio copy, released Thursday. The 911 call lasted nearly three minutes.

Lohan, 21, was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and with a suspended license, and felony cocaine possession.

Her personal assistant had quit hours before the event, police said.

The woman contacted a Santa Monica police dispatcher shortly after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday while driving on Wilshire Boulevard. She apparently didn't realize the actress was in the white GMC following her.

"We were just about to park our car. We are turning home and out of nowhere a huge white GMC came up," the woman said to the dispatcher.

"We're being followed by a GMC ... the gentleman jumped out of the car," she said a few seconds later. "Oh my God, sir, they're following us. We need help."

The dispatcher repeatedly asked the woman for her location. The woman eventually said she was heading for the police station.

Police said the woman, accompanied by a passenger, drove her black Cadillac Escalade into the parking lot of Santa Monica's Civic Auditorium, about a block away from the police department, followed by Lohan driving a Yukon sport utility vehicle.

During the call, the woman could be heard saying, "Oh my God, what is he doing?" Near the end, hysterical but muffled yelling and screaming is heard.

A few moments later, the woman could be heard in the background, apparently pointing out people to the officers.

"That's him, that's him right there," she said. "And him, stop them."

Authorities saw Lohan and the woman in what police have called a "heated debate." They also said two men were with the actress in the car.

Three men have alleged they were with Lohan when she began chasing the woman, celebrity Web site TMZ.com reported Thursday.

According to the Web site, the men alleged that Lohan commandered the car outside a party in Malibu, about 20 miles away. One of the men claimed to have jumped out of the car just as Lohan accelerated, TMZ said.

The allegations could not be independently verified by The Associated Press.

Lohan's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined comment when reached late Thursday by the AP.
Santa Monica police Sgt. Marty Fine declined comment and referred questions to a media representative who wasn't available.

Los Angeles police and sheriff's officials had no comment. They said they had not been contacted by the Santa Monica Police Department, which is leading the investigation.

Lohan's latest film, "I Know Who Killed Me," opened in theaters Friday.

Obviously, we don't know the relationship of the men to Lohan, but could it be that the term "commandered" is Lohan-friendly terminology meaning "stole"? Maybe she carjacked these guys using her celebrity as a weapon/enticement. It certainly suggests it wasn't her car or that of someone she knew. Bizarre.

Gotta love the sensationalized story - "she commandeered a car and took three men hostage..."

"Shut up, just drive and follow that car, or I'll titty-slap each of you!"

"OK!"
"Yes ma'am!"
"Are you for serious, bitch?"

I can see why she's claiming the coke isn't hers, though. It was her hostages!

What the hell...is going to jail now the next great quest - a badge of honor - for the rich and worthless?

Nicole Richie Sent to Jail for 4 Days
Jul 27 12:32 PM US/Eastern

GLENDALE, Calif. (AP) - Nicole Richie pleaded guilty Friday to driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to 90 hours in jail and fined $2,048 by a judge who said she was lucky nobody was killed when she drove the wrong way on a freeway.

Richie, 25, the daughter of Lionel Richie, was subdued and somber as she was lectured about her driving. She entered court on the arm of boyfriend Joel Madden.

She stood before the judge and softly answered "guilty" when asked how she pleaded to the charge.

She nodded when asked if she understood terms of the plea agreement worked out between her lawyers and the prosecution.

Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell also gave Richie three years' probation and warned that she would go to jail for a year if she violates it.

She was ordered to enroll in a second-offender drug and alcohol program and must prove that she completed it by Feb. 20, 2008.

"You are not to drive with any measurable amount of alcohol or drugs in your system," Lubell told her. "You are not to drive without a driver's license."

The judge said the state Department of Motor Vehicles will decide whether to suspend her license.

I think the correct term for when your car is taken by Lindsey is "Lo-jacked"

If any of that is true, she really could be in for some serious charges. They could get her for stealing the car and kidnapping. Something tells me the guys' story probably isn't 100% true, but still...

Those guys loved it up until the part where the police were there I would bet. "Dude, Lindsey Lohan's driving my car, yo!"

They probably thought they'd get some action too.

Guy probably fell out of the car and didn't jump out.

Wow, in Celeb world that means 5 Days in prison, not just 4. If she murdered someone, it may even go up to 10 days.

I just checked the law books, and saw no reference to penalties for "Lo-jacked".

This is what I don't understand about all the starlets and the DUI craze...they have all this money, yet they don't stop and think "hm, maybe I'll hire a driver for the evening so I don't have to worry about getting stopped". Are they really that stupid???
