I've stared at a list just like Airhog's too long. Apparently we're supposed to reverse engineer the movie/setting to a clue like his. I've tried anything that seemed Kenyan to me and got zip.

see thats what I thought, none of the other movies seem to fit anywhere else. but even if you move some of un obvious choices around. Im afraid that one of the clues I have is probably wrong.

Find where the missing one is, and that is your answer.

Just bumping this to the next page for easy reference.

"Find where the missing one is, and that is your answer."

I thought the "missing one" was Out of Africa - I didn't see a specific clue for that one - but 'Kenya' and 'Nairobi' were not the answers (unless I had capitalization wrong). Or maybe just 'Africa'?

(I do wonder if there should be a convention in the enigma puzzles that says only lowercase is used in the solution...)

edit: I guess that's where mhass already headed with his reasoning...

Lake Forest is where Ordinary People was based.
In the movie rainman Judge Wapner had his meltdown just after they talked about Cincinnati.

The theme seems to be where the setting of the movie was at, but I cannot correlate that to the movie not included on the list.

Bumping this one also.

There are a few other things that dont fit still. The Wapner Meltdown. Im not sure how cincinnati has anything to do with that, other than a line in the movie but it doesnt fit the rest of the movies, since they all refer to the locations of where the movie was, and Rain man took place in the midwest.

Also, this may be way off base, but the time period of the move Out of Africa, kenya was actually a colony of England during this time. But I dont think to relevant

You guys are close.

Think of a sport, not involving a Boston team, but a sport that takes place in Boston every year.

That should, hopefully, put you over the top.

Im still not sure how the boston daddies clue fits to Kenya, other than the fact that the winners of lasts years event were from kenya. This would leave Chariots of Fire out, but I havent found the anwser going that route either. Im just stumped, and close to giving up, cause I dont see anymore progress...

This one is in the bag folks. regardless, I will post a new puzzle, but only if people want two enigma puzzles running at once, otherwise I may just sit on this until there is a lull with the first enigma
