Holding baby, playing UGA vs. Tennessee, and getting repeated delay of game calls because I'm reading the board as my players line up.

Ironic post, coming from one with a handle such as yours.

Be a pal and help your dog out... it'll be more fun than watching the Reds.

Watching the Donnie Darko DVD commentary. A little hungry. Drew Barrymore sounds retarded.

Thinking about sleeping, but wondering what deals I could find on Hattrick.

Oklahoma Cityh 7:35 p.m. Just finished my birthday dinner (bratwurst and chocolate cake... although not served together). Also opened up my presents:

1 cactus for my office (I've killed every other plant I've owned, and I don't really want another one, but I think my wife wants to teach me more responsibility).

1 Derek Lowe figure from McFarland Toys. It rocks. My three year old has already claimed it as his.

1 copy of Greg Proops' (the guy from Whose Line Is It Anyway) radio documentary on the history of baseball.

1 copy of "The Management Secrets of T. James Dick" by Augustus Gump. I've heard this book described as "Office Space" meets "A Confederacy of Dunces". I'll let you know how it turns out.

Just got my New York Strip steak off of the grill. SWMBO made some good southern blackberry cobbler for dessert too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Sitting down to eat now.

6-7 hours of TCY, steak and blackberry cobbler....I feel a rap comin' on...

I even saw the lights of the Goodyear Blimp
And it read "SkyDog's A Pimp!"
Today I didn't even have to use my AK
Gotta say it was a good day.

Ben, I'll be there in a minute, save some for me. We ain't got nothin' in the frig and my wife ordered pizza for the boys. Not into pizza anymore. Afterwords, I can constantly rag on you for wasting your time in the micromanaging chores of TCY.

Tired, thinking about the 78 enemies I picked off with a sniper rifle.

Going to bed now...

Got home from bowling earlier and just watched some movie on TV because it had two people from Reservoir Dogs in it.

And Jeeber, I just started playing Gridlock on expert (or what it should be called, seizure inducing mode), and if you need a break play samegame, though I'd recommend turning of your speakers when you do.

Holy cow, I just put it on expert just to see what it was, and that's freaking insane! How is a person supposed to solve those puzzles when it's rotating like that????

Edit:

I just beat level 25! Thank god!!!

Got my copy of Action!pc football this weekend. Decent game but I think it goes back. I seem to enjoy FOF4 better.

Trying to remember what cuervo would be doing in Gettysburg and wishing I was there.

Got two maps to work on today, one is a siting analysis of possible wind farm sites and the other has to show water pressure districts for better balancing. On the former, I am reminded that the enviros are being stupid again. They want to push for alternate energies (like wind power) but don't want wind generators anywhere that can be seen or would impact habitat or a host of other issues that prevents wind farms and make their costs prohibitive.

On lunch break (almost time to swipe back in) here at my client's site, in my cozy 6x6 cube. Still getting used to "Buccaneer". Wondering what QS's 10,000th post was. Drinking Earl Grey Tea. Listening to "Superstition". Wait, time for a new song. No, I'll just listen to it again.

Just got back from class where I had a quiz. Now I need to study for my lab practical that is tomorrow and my final on Wednesday, write a paper due tomorrow that I've had three weeks to work on, pay my bills, get my oil changed, go to work, and figure out what I'm going to do for my girlfriend's 21st birthday (which is tomorrow).

Damn, the next three days are gonna be long...
