We are starting the process.of selecting divisions (even though the league is NOT full yet). If you have a natural rival from the FOFC board, post it here and we will try to put you two in the same division if it works out geographically. However, as we all know that is a big if. The divisions will be based mainly on geography. We also have a chat link up as well which you must AIM messenger running to enter. Check it out. |

The Fargo Boxcars would like to be in the same division as the (probably El Paso) WhateverJeebersCallingHisTeam.
And here's a slightly updated logo which is just about read to the words to be added: |

And it's reciprocal. The El Paso Rockets would like to be in the same division as the Boxcars. We're going to "Blast" them twice a year...

To new applicants, we dont need backeast teams or Midwest teams. We could use one more team in California and more southern teams

Bug,
I was wondering if you received my Seattle Orcas (and Boston Shamrocks, but changed due to market already being taken) application. PM me please. If accepted, I would like to get in with Coug's frosty Anchorage Snow Leopards and JHandley's Boise Stampede. Would make for a fun and geographically-smart Northwest Division. I like to develop a rival with Anchorage. Geographically natural and talk to Coug many times, so it would be fun bringing my Killer Whale Defense to his house and in my house, where they would stomp them . |

Is the league going with the 32-team NFL structure (4 teams per 8 divisions?). Is it AFC and NFC, or is it Western Conference-Eastern Conference?

It would be best if all of the current owner locations and nicknames were posted, to avoid dual-location problems.

The locations could be altered to have a NorthWest division, but at the moment I have 4 teams in the Far West division.

Trying for a coastal city, but you have a good point. I can pick a larger market if it's a problem.

I thought Marmel was Hartford? And he actually had 'Hartford Charter Oaks' as his tentative name on AIM last night.
Maybe he saw that logo earlier, I'm not sure. Quote:
