I have a cardinal rule of sports betting. Always bet against the guy with a hobo beard. Plummer absolutely qualifies. He's one bad outfit from being mistaken for a bum. |

I'm surprised security even lets him into the stadium looking like that. |

Anybody see that little highlight reel of the first half set to music? You can tell it was supposed be longer, but what were they gonna show? An incomplete pass?

The Seahawks are just a couple of injuries away from a run-time error.

Last year he actually looked normal most of the year and sucked. If him looking like a drunk makes him not throw like one, I'm a happy camper. As for your rule, you'd have lost 11 of your 16 Broncos bets this year, won 4 and tied once. |

No, I think he's growing it because he's an idiot. But again, as long as the idiot plays well, nobody in Denver will care. OK, so long as he doesn't suck horrificly and lose us the game nobody will care. |

Uh-oh.
I was kind of hoping for a Jax/Sea Super Bowl, so Josh Scobee could kick it to Josh Scobey.

Jesus, Santana Moss is fast off the line. On the West Coast, I don't get to see the 'skins play much -- that last replay just blew me away with how quickly he was at top speed.

Dillon still doesn't seem to be there. No push in his legs, he seems indifferent.

Has only had the push in limited spurts this year. I'm much more worried about Faulk tonight. Not that Dillon can't hurt Denver, but Faulk is the guy who hits the hole quicker and harder right now.
Defenses win first round for each team, with penalties being a factor. |

OK, Brady crying to the refs is already getting old, there was nothing dirty about that hit in the least.

Denver just battering Brady, hitting him everytime he passes.
He's going to kill them with some huge plays later, but I think they have to keep going after him. It's almost like the old Nebraska option play when Crouch was the QB. If you kept hitting him, you'd eventually get killed with a pitch to the RB, but if you didn't hit him, he'd just tear you apart. Keep hitting him and take your chances boys. Hopefully you'll make enough big plays to offset the times he's going to catch you. Big possession for Denver here. They can't go three and out again. |

Simms is an idiot. The first 15 plays are scripted. This was a gameplan decision, not a first series one.
Nice throw Jake. . . God, wide open, perfect protection. Plays like that kill you against this team. |

I think the Broncos, Pats, or Colts would all win the Superbowl. And the Steelers probably would.

Easy call. You go for it. You HAVE to go for it. But you run a rollout play with Plummer or you run it, you don't throw a play that hasn't worked all year. |

that's a huge break if it's ruled an INT (as it looks it should be). Pats have not played well AT ALL so far.

No, no, no. In the NFL, in the 1st Quarter, you ALWAYS take the figgy. The percentages just aren't there. At the high school or college level, or if your kicker is Jose Cortez, you go for it.
