One quick question. I have a couple hundred posts before I hit the magic 5k (althought if all those posts weren't lost, I'd have a lot more, but I'm not bitter about that or anything)

When I hit the 5k mark, will my car break down, my girl leave me, my dog die and I'll lose my job? Or is it more of a slow disintegration that'll happen over years and years? We could have an FOFC curse that none of us even know about.

I bet we all die someday because of it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for having fun (like the WW thread, too bad I missed it) and posting here. I just don't care if some stranger "respects" me. I'll bet that most of you don't care a whit if I respect you, why would I value your respect any differently?

When people on here call me a "troll," "idiot," or any of the numerous vulgarities they like to toss around like immature children, I just have to smile and remind myself of the source. When a spoiled 8 year old calls me a "jerk" for spoiling his fun, how could I possibly take that personally?

I've never understood this line of thinking. People who have never met you are still people. Just because you can't see them its ok to act like a douche to them? Their opinions are irrelevant because they are not actors in your day to day life?

You obviously need to go on more church retreats because I think you missed some important lessons earlier on.
