+1 for me as well. I also must watch 10 Things I Hate About You and Bring It On whenever they are on. 10 Things I'll watch just for the dance scene

I like the last three movies mentioned as well. Grandma's Boy is funny, and I have to watch 10 Things I Hate About You and Bring It On whenever they are on.

I think Love Actually is a pretty good movie. I think it's really well put together and the casting for the various parts was very well done. |

What Women Wants. I would argue that it is not a chikflik (a great Mel Gibson vehicle) but even if some consider it to be so, that's cool. I love watching this over and over.

A weird thing about What Women Want. I saw it advertised on tv the other day. Turned to me wife, incredulously, and said "did we watch that in the theater?" Under no circumstances, could I ever imagine going to the theater to watch that movie, nor do I remember actually doing it. Hell, it took a lot to get me out to see Dark Knight. What the hell could I have possibly been doing going to see that movie in the theater. I do have this recollection of watching it in a theater, though. To this day this movie gives me the creeps because I think I might have been adbucted and taken there to watch it against my will and then made to forget about it.
This is 100% true. |

"The Mummy".
Um...I have a man-crush on Bredan Frazier, and of course Rachel Weisz is beyond hot. I am not ashamed.

Me too, I hadn't met anyone who had even heard of Beautiful Girls before. On a side note, did you ever catch October Road on ABC? Same writer, Scott Rosenberg, and based on his life. Very similar characters with many parallels. I really enjoyed that show, but it didn't get picked up for a third season. |

Groundhog Day is one of those movies that I just need to watch if it's on.
I don't know why, it's such a damn great movie.

Groundhog Day is a great movie and doesn't deserve to be anywhere near this thread. However my favorite movie of all-time probably deserves to be here : Rudy.

I always watch Crimson Tide when it's on. Gene Hackman is a brilliant and eloquent artist. Another one of his I like is Enemy of the State. It's too bad Will Smith and Hackman didn't team up more often. |

Greedy is also a movie I need to sit down and watch if it's on.
Phil Hartman as Frank McTeague delivered one of the best movie lines ever. Bartlett: I'm sure this may come as a shock... Frank: No, shitting a sailboat is a shock, this is a fucking catastrophe!

I agree about Groundhog Day should not be in this thread. The thread implies movies that not many people like except you. Groundhog Dog is one of the highest rated comedies, from critics and fans alike. |

Mars Attacks.
Not sure if this applies because I know exactly why I like it. It cracks me up. But I seem to recall it being pretty widely panned and not making too much money. |
