If you have any questions about your role, please try to resolve them with PM's to me before posting in the thread!

Night(0) BEGIN
Roles have been sent out. Playerlist is on the first page, first post.
This will commence Night(0). I specifically mentioned Night(0) in your PM if you have an action for tonight. If you did not see the word Night(0) in your PM, you don't have any action until Night(1). The deadline for Night(0) is 10am on Friday, December 16th.

Want to throw this out there... I'm not all that good at doing fancy fictional write-ups, so I was wondering if people minded if I kept the Day/Night action summary posts short and sweet? If people like reading a little story, I'll do my best to come up with something!

Added this rule the rulelist: If you have a Night action, but do not wish to do anything that night, you may PM me ahead of time or during the night, and this opens up the possibility of speeding things up slightly. There will, however, always be 24 hours between the start of a Day and the end of a Day.

Well considering I normally do my first day vote based on activity I suppose I should check in . If there are other roles which are facing the game theory dilemna of my role it should make for an incredibly interesting game.

So, is it pretty much a given that someone gets lynched on day one or is it ever good form to wait until the second day?

Most of the time it is no good. The later you put off getting voting patterns the better it works out for the wolves as they get free kills during the night. Even if a villager is lynched early(which is usually a given), you can atleast get some voting patterns out of it.

Checking in. Work will be "interesting" today. It's our last day full of students. Tomorrow morning they leave bright and early for home. I'll be on the road shortly after that heading home for Missouri.

Boring villager checking in.
RPI, the game is going to resume again on Monday after tomorrow correct? IE. the game won't continue through the weekend? The reason I ask is I'm heading up to Tahoe tomorrow to snowboard for the weekend

It looks like there are 3-4 people who won't be around this weekend.
I'm sorry to change the schedule like this, but so we don't have any issues, we'll do the following: Night(0) ends Thursday, December 15th @ 9:30 pm. Day(1) ends Friday, December 16th @ 9:30pm. Night(1) Ends Monday, December 17th @ 9:30am. Then back to a normal 12/24 schedule. Sorry, and thanks for your understanding! Any alternative suggestions, please let me know! ~rpi-fan

Ditto for me. I leave early tomorrow morning for Tahoe, and I'm not sure if I'll have internet access after around 6am tomorrow until I get back Monday. Next week I should be able to devote plenty of time to the game however.

Day(1) Begin
It was a cold, windy night with a hint of snowfall. You didn't hear anything through the night, but when you wake up you realize that RPI-Fan has been eaten. The village must now begin their efforts in earnest to rid the town of the werewolves!
It is now Day(1). The deadline for lynching votes is 10:00pm on Friday, December 16th. Playerlist 1) st.cronin 2) Raiders Army 3) dacman 4) pennywisesb 5) Schmidty 6) Blade6119 7) McSweeny 8) ardent enthusiast 9) SnDvls 10) Grammaticus 11) TazTFW 12) saldana 13) Barkeep49 14) kingfc22 15) WVUFAN 16) dubb93

Got a break between my finals today. Got another one at 4, and kinda have an end of semester party that I didn't know about untill today right after that call. All this means this will most likely be my only chance to check this thread today...
1. Before the deadline. and 2. sober I'll read through the thread and throw my vote out there before I leave.

I'm not going to vote for a 6th person so it comes down to Barkeep, St. Cronin, Schmidty, RA, and Saldana.
I'm not voting for Barkeep or RA since they both have been wolves in the last game they played, thus in my mind making it less likely they are a wolf this game. That norrows it down to Schmidty, St. Cronin, and Saldana. Cronin makes a little more sense, especially if the roles weren't really random, and plus I feel sorry for how early Schmidty dies sometimes in these games. And Saldana always accuses me for wanting to kill him, so I'll give him a break this game. VOTE ST. CRONIN

Off to my last final, as long as I don't get below a 31 on it, I only have 1 more semester b/f I graduate. If by some chance I completely blow this or break my leg on my way to class(more likely with all the snow and ice on the ground), then I won't be able to advance to the next semester and will have to retake this class next year.
Hopefully we get a wolf tonight!

Sounds like Raiders Army ends up always being a wolf. So, if you believe in destiny, he would be a good blind guess. So the best thing to do is make him a villager with the wolfsbane, so he can protect himself on the first day. Well, since I’m new at this, I just did a randomly generated pick and it came out as:
