Saints just gave up a punt return to the Bucs that ties the game at 17.

Interesting events in the Buf/Atl game-the Falcons have apparantly lost both their kicker and punter to injuries

Um, what the hell, Sparano? 5 minutes left, you need two scores, you have to go for it on 4th down!

Bucs just exclusively ran it down the Saints' throats in OT to set up a 47 yard FG to win.. which is good. The Bucs beat the Saints in OT, 20-17.

Holy shit. The Steelers try to give the game to the Ravens and the Ravens give it back (Steelers throw a pick on 3rd and long up 3 with 2:00 to play (Ravens have no Time outs), and it gets negated for illegal contact.

Ravens really should have won this game. Penalties absolutely killed them.

Wouldnt want to touch the Panthers right now. Playing like the best team in the NFL since Delhomme got hurt.

That looks like a lateral at worst, most likely a full backwards pass. Either way, that should remain a TD for Philly.

Philly just got screwed out of 7. That did not go forward. Also, who is calling this game? Jim Nantz? It would be nice whoever it is, if they actually knew the rules instead of saying a lateral pass would not be a fumble.

It DID look like it went forward every so slightly but... seriously close and probably should have just stayed the way they called it originally.

Since it was ruled a touchdown on the field, I don't see how they can reverse it???

Stockley ejected from the Den-Phi game for hitting the official (swung his arm his hand hit the official's hand). Wouldn't have happened if he didn't cry about not getting a flag.

Brandon Stokley was just ejected for slapping an official's arm. Game just became easier for the Eagles and they were already doing a good job of shutting down the Broncos.

Pretty bad no-call on Stokley, but he wouldn't have been ejected if he didn't run 20 yards down the field to complain about it.

Well, the Lions are no closer to winning the Super Bowl than normal, so defcon can't be that high.

For the second time this season, I forgot to make a pick in my suicide pool until Sunday. Because of prior picks, and the early games being in progress, I forced to pick between the Lions (@SF), Broncos (@PHI), or Jets (@IND). I went with the Jets. Thanks, Brad Smith.

Eagles getting screwed... clean hit (well under the chin) after the change of possession on Scheffler called a PF to back them up to their own 1 and then a blatent helmet to helmet on the kickoff not called leading to a fumble. I hate the Eagles but the refs in this game have been terrible.

The football gods are not going to be pleased with the Colts today. All of the starters look pissed on the sidelines and the fans are booing like crazy after Manning was pulled in the middle of the 3rd quarter of a super competitive game.

Caldwell screwed the pooch big time, you either play the starters a couple of series or you leave them in until the game is decided. Pulling them at a random point in the second half when the game is still close makes you look like you have no idea what you are doing.

Yup. From watching the reactions of the players on the sideline, I think its possible that many of his players think he has no idea what he's doing now. It appears this was incredibly poorly handled.

It'll be interesting to see how the Colts do in the playoffs. If they don't get all the way to the Superbowl, a lot of people are going to be talking about what happened in week 16.

Nice win by the Eagles.

Why did Denver not let them score with 53 seconds left and 2 timeouts? Realistically is was their only chance since Akers is clutch. NFL coaches have too much pride for their own good some times.

NFC has just gotten a bit crazy with 3 teams fighting for the three tops spots. Eagles are clicking while New Orleans and Minny are falling apart. Starting to look like the Vikings will get the #1 or #3 seed. Panthers defense(especially Peppers) is playing like they have a mission to end the season beating the entire league up.

You say this but I'm not sure the Eagles would have taken a score even if given to them. All of their plays were dives up the middle and Westbrook has already proven he'd go down to keep the clock running instead of scoring the TD. Doubt it would have mattered anyway

I'm not too happy with the Colts either because it allowed the Jets D to pick up 24 points against me and a probable loss to my brother unless Tony Romo stinks up the place.
