Believe it's the latter. I can't imagine we'll get very far the first session, but hopefully we can at least get to the friendlies.

It's too bad you all are under some kind of delusions about how you're going to win or something. I'm going to predict right now that I lose 5 games max. Of course, that's without having looked at the roster, but really... how bad could it be?

Though my team will be having milk and cookies at halftime. There are presently something like 4 starters on my squad under 18.

I didn't look at much, but let's say one of my two centreback picked by my assistant on his team report has not one skill above 13 and even then, 13 is in one of two of them.

Oh, my assistant also say "there is no way in hell that the club will avoid relegation if it's not strengthened in every position". Okay, I added the "in hell" part but the rest is his words, not mine...

Should be fun nonetheless

Heh. Apparently you share some common traits with Port Vale. My assistant says similar.

But at least we're over budget, with a half dozen aging scrubs on the reserve squad who are grossly overpaid!

For some reason this always seems to happen with fictional players. My three best players are teenagers, and two of them are left-backs.

- We download the saved game file to check out our team and make a plan of action. (need step by step instructions here).

- Come Sunday we get online and put our plan into place.

I just have a few tech questions. How do we even connect online, and how do we actually get started doing it? Your answer should be premised on the fact that I am a moron when it comes to these things. And then perhaps somebody could tell us what to expect as we do it. I mean does it involved making one transaction at a time and then waiting, or do we get like 5 minutes to do as many transactions as possible before we hit "continue." I'm just trying to get a feel for this before we go hot on Sunday.

I'm curious as to how MP works in WWSM, also. How do we interact with the other managers? I realize it will take some time to catch on, but how about some pointers from those that have played MP already.

I've never played online, but I know join network game is one of the options in the main menu. I assume we we put in the IP address of the host computer into that and connect. I don't think you actually need to download the savegame file although it will help so you can get familiar with your team.

I might have to step down...i dont know for sure, so dont act on this, but if anyone wanted doncaster originally they might open up very soon. I wont know until next week though, but something has come up that might occupy me every sunday night starting 7:00 PM pacific time for a few hours. Its still very much up in the air, but i felt fair warning was in order.
