Easily the hardest shopping in any of the years I've done this. Maybe tomorrow I'll figure something out.

One of you guys probably have me. That's why I've never signed up in the past as I mainly hang out in the WW section, so I'm not as known here, I'm sure it makes it tough. If you've got me and it's tough, sorry!

Toughie for me here too.

Last year I had Cronin. He had just switched over to just drinking tea so, I got him a tea sampler and steeper which he seemed to like. The year before that I had Emiliano and he received one of the books on his Amazon want list. (basketball book I believe)

Sent mine a few days ago, recipient should get 2 seperate packages. one will have their own name and one will have mine due to some weird setup on the seller's online store processing software.

Was pretty easy this time.

I'm sending mine out tomorrow if everything works out correctly. I'm sending a little something special from where I'm from along with something that I think they will like from their interests.

Sorry it's taking so long, but my gift won't be going out until Monday.

If we're packaging it ourselves, how can we hide who it was that sent it.

I profusely apologize to the person I'm Secret Santa for my gift is belated. The bus system has shortened hours and it's finals week so I won't be able to get it out until later this week.

I used an alias for the name on my shipping address. But I don't really care if the person figures out I was the sender.

I goof'ed and forgot to edit out my name/address but I have doubts that the recipient is even literate half the time so I might be ok.

Finished the ordering now. I got stuff from two different web sites, so if you get something small that you don't like, and start feeling ripped off, that's probably from me, and the rest of the gift will be coming later!

What if the other piece comes and we still feel ripped off?

I'm not sure if my info got sent out with the shipping. Don't we usually reveal who got whom at the end anyway?

My gift came in yesterday, I got a UTEP blanket, which is actually one of the few UTEP products that I don't already own. Secret Santa was sneaky and used my name and address in the billing spot, so I don't know who it was. But thank you, whoever you are!

That's really cool and I like that the person promised to use the money for the intended purpose, college-related expenses (although for me, that would've included a lot of beer).

My investigative skills have led me to believe you are my secret santa. Am I wrong? If I am wrong, the following thanks is to whomever else it was

I received three books today off my wish list.

China Mieville's Perdido Street Station
David Liss's A Conspiracy of Paper
Steve Toltz's A Fraction of the Whole

Mieville's book is a FOFC influence. I saw Peregrine's reaction after reading the book, and after investigating the book I put it on my list. I had read David Liss's Whiskey Rebel's earlier this year and really enjoyed it. Steve Tolt'z book was based off of some acclaim it has received.

It was quite a weird coincidence when the doorbell rang with my package. I had just sat down to do some ordering online and one of the things I planned on ordering was some books for myself. I had forgotten what I had all on my wish list and two books I planned on ordering an hour from now were Perdido and A Conspiracy of Paper. Thanks for saving me some money and a nice little surprise. These three books are definitely appreciated

You are correct! Did you figure that out from the billing address that I probably left on there, or did you also get the other gift, and figure it out from that?

I took this opportunity to turn that into a gift for myself as well, and stole your reading ideas. I found copies of those books from the library, and will start reading them next week!

The three books came with a paper that said Gift from Aaron Gage. A FOFC search of your name turned up the facebook thread

I have not received anything outside of the three books from Amazon. Is there more then three books? That was more then enough!

In regards to the books, keep me informed in the What Are You Reading thread. Would be nice to bounce each others opinions off each other. With the Liss book, if you like it I would definitely recommend Whiskey Rebels.

Got some Chargers woven pants!!! Awesome, I've been wanting something Chargers for quite some time and never got around to it. My awesome detective skills lead me to believe it was Dr. Sak because he's the only one from PA that mailed the package on the 14th. Oh, that and the Phillies Christmas card that came along with the package

Thanks Santa!!
