I'm not sure. Maybe he was banned again but was given a cutesy title instead of just wiping out the account. I don't think what he was doing was worthy of suspension if it was a new person or someone who just made an alter-ego.

Maybe it was skydog trying to throw us off the track of him being hornsmaniac. so you set up numerous "new" people to come to the board and mess with it and everyone will forget about his alterego. i am watching you ole skydoy, i am watching you...

1. I have reason to suspect that it is someone who has been trying to cause trouble in various ways.
2. I've realized that it is MUCH easier on me to suspend someone, rather than to ban them (deleting their account), because then I have a record kept of information about the person (IP, e-mail address, etc.) Rather than trying to keep track of that information by hand here, I now have it at my disposal in the Control Panel.
