Google offered an online class. As someone who teaches students how to search I'm already quite proficient but still thought it was a good process to go through. I recommend trying each activity and if you don't know how to do something to watch the video.

That and being reminded this morning that Michael Powell breaking Bob Beamon's record happened 21 freaking years ago is only adding to my rapidly growing pile of "I'm getting old." I've always wanted to try hallucinogens but the only person I know who has ever done them had a bad experience and I just can't get his experience out of my head when deciding yay or nay.

You certainly don't want to fixate on that kind of anxiety before doing so, as you'd probably guarantee yourself a no-fun time. Find someone else with some good stories to dull your worries. I had dozens of fun times with no bad trips, back in the day, but that said pretty much all halucinogens come with a comedown that can last for a while, and heighten depression or anxiety, and if that part doesn't sound like something you can/want to deal with as well, then don't bother.

I'm going to be pretty damn disappointed if the cold front that's supposed to come through here this weekend doesn't come to fruition. Right now, they're saying highs in the mid-upper 70s Friday and Saturday and low 80s for a couple of days after that. That would be AWESOME!
