Not a big shock. Never seemed interested in coming to Michigan.

He actually committed after seeing the ESPN Title Town segment on Ann Arbor lol.

Welcome to AJC! | ajc.com
Five players from Class AAAA state champion Tucker signed letters of intent at an 8:30 a.m. ceremony on the school campus.

Running back Drayton Calhoun has enrolled at LSU and will participate in spring drills with the Tigers.

“He was told he would be given a chance to play running back, but he could also fit into what they are doing at slot receiver,” head coach Franklin Stephens said.

Defensive back A.J. Bouye and linebacker Jonathan Davis signed with Central Florida, and linebacker Tevin Holliman and defensive tackle Deion Roberson will play at Western Kentucky and North Carolina State, respectively.

Roberson was injured in the Tigers’ first game and missed the season. Holliman is rehabilitating a torn MCL and will most likely redshirt with the Hilltoppers.

The seniors won 27 of 29 games in two years under Stephens.

BYU going size at WR....just realized this our recruits at WR 6'3" 6'4" and 6'5".

All are big and fast...and most of them have the potential to come in and produce.

I kind of got a kick out of these photos on ajc.com this morning, I love the matching grins on the faces of the two dads.

Brendan Cross, Chattahoochee High School quarterback, and his father, former NFL offensive lineman and football analyst Randy Cross, walk through ESPN Zone in Buckhead following his commitment to Wake Forest.

Shane Mularkey (center) celebrates with his father Mike Mularkey, the Falcons' offensive coordinator, as he signed his letter of intent with North Carolina. Mularkey played linebacker.

I hve no doubt that it will still be a great class but losing Te'o hurts. I have no doubt that he would have contributed immediately at USC. Should be an interesting battle at linebacker for USC next year.

Edit: I just hope Galippo can stay healthy. If he doesn't, it could be scary.

Incidentally, Arkansas has now signed 27 of its 31 expected players.

Still unsigned, but committed to Arkansas
Shauntez Bruce
John Henderson
Anthony Leon
Kevin Lowery

Of course, Anthony Leon is the must have on that list.

edit: Lowery and Bruce have now signed.

Anthony Leon? The former Florida State player? He must have improved a lot between the time he was at Florida State until now.

Jarvis Jones is now a must get. If not, it's a class that looks pretty on paper but doesn't address the most pressing need we have. I don't know if we have a serious shot at Jones, or if we even have a backup plan if he goes elsewhere. Gotta think the staff was as shocked as we were by Teo going to ND.

2 of our 3 most experienced linebackers have serious injury problems (Galippo and Brown). Behind them, it's pretty much guys who have never played a serious snap.

All UM LOI's are in, except for the two DT's that no one really expected, and the two Florida kids who'll be signing theirs on local TV tonight.

That leaves Je'Ron Stokes as the only guy left we know about who could come here.

That came out of nowhere. At least we don't lose another to sneaky Pete.

Weiss played it well. Can offer him a starting spot and the first thing he did when Teo visited was introduce to some local LDS leaders.

Completely agreed. Jarvis Jones is critical. I just don't have faith that Brown or Galippo can stay healthy.
