Some of the kids I used to live with actually would do this. They would take all the cookie dough bits out, put them on a tray and bake them in the toaster oven. they didn't make one big cookie, but lots of tiny cookies. They were quite delicious.

I pulled up to the McDonald's drive-through the other day and am greeted with "Welcome to McDonald's, how are you today?". I answer "Fine, how are you.". "Good".

Then silence. Eventually after 2-3 minutes I get an "Are you ready to order?".

I wasn't positive what went on until I went to pay, and gave my money to a guy while the girl in the booth on the other register said into her mic "Welcome to McDonald's, how are you today?"

Lady, the correct greeting is "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order?". If you don't ask me for my order, how am I supposed to know you're ready to enter it?

I hate when people pull through a parking space so they can be parked on the other side and not have to back out. Twice in the past week I have almost been hit by someone doing this, once while driving and once while walking.

Disagree. Pull-through parking spots are solid gold...and if everyone is driving responsibly shouldn't cause "almost hits" because nobody shouldd be going THAT fast in a parking lot.

It is also statistically safer to pull straight out of a spot rather than back out.

How about the dreaded "I'll be with you in a moment". That's unacceptable IMO. It's amazing how slow these people are. I miss the day of heatlamp big macs and no waiting.
