Did the Dolphins need to spend a second on a several snaps per game luxury player? I'd rather have a potential starter at another position.

Sintim to the Gmen. I like it. Moore woulda been the better pick but a great pick regardless.

Maybe he could develop into one eventually. It's not like the Dolphins have a great QB or anything and Pennington isn't going to last forever.

Interesting move by the Niners with a couple of good OTs and William Moore on the board. I'm guessing they believe there's enough depth to last til #74. Delhomme stuggling or getting hurt, or the RB duo not being as effective, and that could be a fairly high 1st.

You know it's good, because Al Davis wouldn't have it any other way. 4.49. But he has a fifth-round grade.

It's like the guy is drafting with a computer program that relies only on combine scores. Hey, I wonder if he has FOF?

With White, I see the Wildcat becoming a formation for running OR passing, which makes defending it nearly impossible, IMO. It will be a whole other beast with a guy with his throwing ability running it.

For some reason, I thought the Bears didn't have a second-round pick (I knew they traded the 1st and 3rd to Denver).

Saw on another board that the Denver 1st going to Seattle is Denver's actual first for next year, not Chicago's.

Could be a huge, huge score for Seattle, and Denver may have just lost their future QB.

Kiper just said the Raiders cold have waited until the 5th round to draft him and one team that Kiper talked to him had him as a free agent acquisition.

Seriously...Al Davis...this is just sad. It is a multi-billion dollar business and he is just not capable. Good grief, I thought it was bad to be a Bengals fan. At least we have the Lions & Raiders to look down on (sometimes).

Man I just cannot believe the Raiders taking a guy like that in the second round-one team saw him as a free agent pick up after the draft.

I love how wussified Mel has gotten over hte yeras. He used to just lay into teams for bad picks, and now he's saying, "We'll see, the Raiders are a professional team and we'l see hwat happens with Mithcell Mitchell." What a wuss.

Late in coming in, but the more I hear about the Colts' pick, Brown, the more I like it. I know the early draft boards had the Eagles interested in him. Should make a great combo with Addai (who does very well WHEN he has some consistent help and isn't made to be the guy)

I know Ziggy Hood had some question marks, and I guess Polian didn't feel he was worth the 27th pick.

I just hope we get some DL and LB help later on. I would think so, and probably a WR as well.

Say things like "Maybe Al Davis thought Mitchell was the name is his colostomy bag changer" or something. Lay into them! It's good TV and it echoes what EVERYONE is thinking!

They're going to make a movie about this draft pick. Local Ohio kid makes good, wasn't even expected to be drafted.

Instead of an ESPN camera crew in his living room, his mom promised to bring her Canon Powershot, but she forgot. In fact, she went to Atlantic City for the weekend with a tour group.

Oakland is definitely having some fun with this process today. I wonder what the fans are thinking.

When even the NFL.com tracker doesn't have a player's height and weight listed next to his name, and it's only the 2nd round, that's a bad pick.
