You enter the center of the dungeon and you see each other do so as well.

However, your eyes immediately go to the magnificently beautiful and harrowing Red Dragon, Euplatious.

You have arrived at the center of the dungeon! In this room is a dais with a dragon with glistening red scales sitting on an altar at the top! It’s pretty upset that you have arrived here and it swoops down to attack. While in this room, if the dragon is dead, you may take an action to Pray at the Altar.

Euplatious rises and circles the room, ruby red glistening as her scales reflect the torchlight.

She sees a warrior and a cleric, and she chooses to fight the warrior.

Danny puts himself on guard.

The dragon spits fourth Harm, one of the most dangerous spells in the game, giving Danny a 50/50 chance to die. However, the spell bounces off his Ring of Spell Turning.

Danny grabs the Axe of Cleaving and hews Euplatious for 14 damage. RAR

The Red Dragon breathes fire at Danny. He takes 31

Danny GOES BERZERK!!!

He nails Euplatious for 19 damage. RARARAR

Euplatious lands and claws him twice and bites him once. Both claws hit for 5 damage

Danny swings and misses

The dragon claws him once for 6 damage

Danny swings.

And hits!

17 damage is doled out.

The Dragon casts a simple spell. An elegant spell. From the hidden fifth ranks of magic which no mortal knows. "No Healing"

For the rest of the battle, it's foes may not heal.

Danny nails it for 20 damage. RARAR

The Dragon casts Cure Serious Wounds. No healing does not apply to it.

Danny swings again and hits for 16 damage. RAR

It spits out Cure Moderate Wounds,

The dragon bites down for 10 damage. 32/90. The successful bite pins Danny, and he misses his next attack.

The dragon hits with a claw for 5 damage.

Oh, but Euplatious has a trick up her sleeve. She uses her Wing Buffet special attack to fling Danny away for two rounds.

While Danny is flung, she casts Cure Light Wounds, giving her 15 hp.

Danny is broken from Berzek by the flinging.

Danny has two choices run, and give the Dragon and its kill to JAG, or CHARGE FORWARD AND END THIS ONE WAY OR THE OTHER.

Danny has a free action while teh Dragon heals.

He drinks the potion of metamorph

Danny can take the form of...

Ferret and Spitting Cobra

Danny can attack Euplatious, try to kill her, and then immediately turn into a Ferret and run away if it fails.

Without Berzerk it will be 20% harder to hit.

Euplatious has an AC of 0. That means Danny has to roll an 11 natually to hit, increased by one for sepcilaiztion with an axe.

50/50 chance of hitting.

But the damage will be 1d8+8, which may not be the amount needed to kill Euplatious.

However, with Danny no longer Berzerked, he had a -1 AC which means Euplatious has to roll well. Let's see if Eup can even hit.

The fight that was best for XP was that Quilthythug fight. Because of all the monsters he summoned that fight got me almost 40k XP.
