Got ya, I should of said 8th best team.

My list was based on everyone other then Ohio State. So it was a list of 2nd through 8th.

Sorry about the mixup!

Hopefully Mizzou and OU can win their divisions again next year and face off in the B12 championship again (with a different end result of course. ).

The future is very bright at OU. They have a freshman that most of you have never even heard of (except the Texas fans) that is every bit as fast as any player from West Virginia. He didn't suit up last night. If he stays healthy, he'll be the best player in OU history.

Watch this.

I've said this many times this season since I saw him in person against W&M.

Tyrod Taylor is just not a good QB right now. I would not have him in over Glennon at any point unless Glennon starts stinking, let alone when Glennon is throwing well.

I'm pulling for the Hokies tonight. Of all the teams fans I've encountered at WVU games, VaTech fans were always the best. So now that they're out of the Big East I don't mind seeing them win.

Virginia Tech should win this game. It's a terrible matchup with the ACC champion against the 4th or 5th best team from the Big XII.

VT doesnt have the offense to expose Kansas. Of all the teams kansas could have drawn, this is easily the best match up for them. VT was a dream selection for kansas in my eyes.

How many hundreds of times are these players going to get flagged for highstepping or turning flips in the end zone before it sinks in that they are killing their team's momentum by having them kick off from the 15 yard line?

For the sake of the Hokies, I hope we don't see Taylor again for awhile.

Yup... not good when your "mobile" QB has no pocket presence and keeps running into 10 yard sacks.

Talib is the real deal - a great play on the INT and then showed ridiculous closing speed on that long pass play.

Yup. And it's not like that was unusual for Taylor.

He also makes poor throwing decisions.

He may very well be a great QB in a couple of years, but he's just bad right now.

A FG is technically a punt so isnt dead until either it goes out of back of the endzone or becomes dead in the field of play.

So, basically, if it goes out the back of the end zone, it's almost like an incomplete pass (which is why you get it at the spot). But if it is played, it's like a punt?

Correct. If it were to fall dead before the endzone (this doesnt include a block or tipped FG), the ball will be spotted there.

I was wondering that. Figured it was for the HD folks and the rest of us get the "pan and scan" version.

I'm marginally rooting for VTech in this game..

I have watched them a bit this season and I'm pretty surprised at how well the Kansas offense is playing against them.

I might have been wrong about Kansas. They only played one good team all year (Missouri), and lost, but they sure look good tonight.

I could go for a great Herford return and then KU to put some good passing offensive pressure since that is what is working for them

Tucker has been great tonight. He's usually somewhat inconsistent but that's two great punts in a row. Too bad no one was covering on the first one

It's amazing just how much better VTech Special Teams are than the rest of the nation on a consistent basis.
