Is this the first year they've used such a weird lineup(abnormally far from the basket) on Free Throws?

If San Diego holds on I think everybody will have lost at least 1 sweet 16 team. Unless you had Western Kentucky or San Diego winning 2 games.

Haha yeah, that is HORRIBLE announcing, to not even be aware of the score with 20 seconds to go.

I had San Diego picked to win this; this is pretty exciting.

They had gotten quite a bit of luck on the glass and boards in the last few minutes of the game so I guess lady luck had to go against them at some point.

Well, the refs blew two calls there, looks like from watching it via MMOD. The UConn player looked out of bounds when he knocked the ball back into play, and then the San Diego player definitely fouled the UConn player when there was still time on the clock.

If only San Diego could make its free throws. UConn will probably sink both here.

Yeah, free throws have been really key here. Hopefully San Diego can draw something up to win this game, but not having Johnson and Pomare doesn't help.

That royally screws my brackets. That's what I get for listening to my co-worker who went to UConn.

Everyone probably lost a sweet 16 team though with Drake and UConn losing. You didn't have them going past UCLA in the sweet 16 did you?

Here's an interesting tidbit.

WVU's senior PG, Darris Nichols, set an NCAA record for WVU last night in their win over Arizona. He has gone his entire career of 139 games without fouling out, which sets the record. He is also West Virginia's all-time leader in games played.

Siena seems to be a popular upset pick and I'm hoping St Joe's can give Oklahoma a game as well.

I've got St. Joe's as an upset special today as well. So far, only St. Mary's and Gonzaga have been the only Catholic schools to lose today, on Good Friday, with Georgetown and San Diego moving on. Villanova, Siena, St. Joseph, and Mt. St. Mary's have yet to play. I don't hold out much hope for Mt. St. Mary's.

I wish they'd switch me to a competitive game and preferably one where Packer and Nantz aren't kissing Tyler Hansborough's ass the whole time. Sienna, St. Joes, and Oregon seem to be doing well early.
