No. There are 9,000 military/overseas ballots who have until tomorrow to come in. Who knows how much does come in.

Looks like the last big update from PA that dropped Trump's lead from 48k to 42k came from Monroe County, a county that was red but now finished blue (so a county close to 50/50). Biden finishes that county at 52%, +4 from Hilary 4 years ago.

ABC News shows that county at 95% reporting, but they had 14k remaining and the update was 14k.

I assumed (I know, I know) that ABC knew how many votes were left to count, but it looks like they are using 95% as "we think they are done" and 99% as "we're pretty sure they are done". Should have used 95% as the ceiling, not 99 or 100%. Oh well.

Biden might not win by 150k, but should still win..

I've come to understand that Trump's supporters genuinely love the guy. Many (not all) are racist and uneducated, but they give the guy unconditional love.

I think very few of Biden's supporters actually love the guy. By and large, they're driven by a visceral hatred of all things Trump. You could replace Biden with a mannequin running against Trump, and their feelings about the mannequin probably wouldn't be much different than their feelings about Biden, but their extreme hatred for Trump would still be just as powerful.

I think there's some confusion, at least in my replies, over military/overseas vote in GA.
Most of these votes are already counted. However, they can still arrive until tmro; 9k were sent out but weren't returned. These late arriving ballots are what's potentially left

I disagree with this.

While they do hate Trump, they aren't driven to vote Biden because of their hatred for Trump. They are driven to vote Biden for the love of their country, respect for the office, fear of what another 4 years of trump would do to the future of our nation. Basically everything Trump isn't.

to say they are voting Biden because they hate Trump dumbs it down immensely.

For what it's worth, when Fox called AZ for Biden, they asserted their belief that the remaining votes would be 55/45 for Trump. They envisioned a gap-closing like this (today was something like 57/43, there are more to come that demographically should be lower), and still made the call.

AZ is going to be close, but the movement from today's counting isn't a complete shock.
