Why, thank you. I shave it off about twice a year, and I end up looking about 18 years old after doing it. That time is coming up again soon...

Subby,

That's an amazing turnaround. I'm going to use those photos as motivation when my alarm goes off at 6:30 tomorrow and I have to go to the gym.

Seriously, that's awesome. You should be proud of yourself.

If I can do it, anyone can. I went from 245 to 165 over the course of about a year and a half - primarily through running and cutting out bad carbs...plus chasing around 4 insane little boys...

Hey CrazyRooster...does your daughter and/or niece play FOF? If not, I will begrudgingly volunteer my time to personally come to Brazil to show them the ins and outs. I can sleep outdoors, and I am also very proficient with the banjo.

Figured we could turn this thread partially into a "motivate people to stick with diets and exercise" thread.

Below is a picture of me from my sister's wedding, summer 2002, when I was at my highest of 330 lbs.

Here is a picture from my brother's wedding, October 2004, at my current ~200 lbs (where I've been for about the last year, I've been finding it much harder to drop down from this weight than the higher weight).

Sorry gentlemen, no pics of my sister, although you do get to see both her elbows.

Wow, nice work Logan!

Dammit, I told the girlfriend that I would start working out when I hit 220, but maybe 216 is really close enough...

DD, no family album of yours would be complete without a couple of pics of your favorite nocturnal housemates. Give 'em up!

you mean the ghosts or the bats?
the bats, we hope, are gone - we paid like $1500 that we definitely did not have to seal up the house and evict them this past fall. sadly, there are no pics of the bats.

Im also of the opinion that Pumpy very much resembles Porn Star Jack Napier. I'm quite displeased with these observations.

Seems like Jack Napier would be his everyday name and Pumpy Tudors his porn name.
