I thought that was a bad foul call. You don't usually call that in those situations.

Hard not to call an arm across a chest/arm of the shooter. You hate to see fouls called at the end of the game, but you can't just let anything go either. That was probably just enough contact to allow an argument in either direction. |

the bottom line is if A&M had gotten a fucking rebound none of it would have happened.

Also Law, while slightly bumped, had a layup to go up 3. A&M has to blame themselves. Memphis keeps suprising me, I keep expecting them to miss a key free throw to lose a game and they still haven't done so. |

Yep. If you notice, when a team has the ball and is about to win, the guy chunks the ball as far and high as he can, and the clock continues to run.

I'm definitely not saying it's a screw job, but refs routinely make it clear to teams at the end of games there not going to call fouls they might call at other times in the game. |

Yeah, of course...but that is usually thrown straight (or close to straight) up in the air, and therefore the ball is staying within the boundaries of the court. and P.S. Only the smart guys do that . Last edited by Logan : 03-22-2007 at 09:31 PM. |

Man, Aaron Gray aint so crash hot finishing in the post, but UCLA are playing some good D, especially after they realised that it's probably a good idea to double-team Gray every time he gets it in the post.

I was just saying to ardent in IM - I love how the Vols just attack constantly. I think OSU was hoping to make UT play their game, and they seem lost with that failing - they certainly haven't been able to play UT's up-tempo game.

OSU just has too many young kids running things. They consistently make bad decisions and hoist up poor shots. If they stay together they'll be a force, but they're just not mature enough to win the tourny this year.
The good news for me is that it looks like I'll have two teams in the final eight in Lathum's survivor game!
