Can someone on the FOX network shoot Howie Mandel and put him out of his/my/our misery?

I find those two women from the AT&T 4G LTE commercial to be insufferable. That commercial warrants an immediate "mute" button hit.

T-Mobile girl is phenomenal. If I see her when fast forwarding commercials, I will pause, go back and watch her commercial and then resume my fast forwarding.

I only ever ser commercials when watching sports. Prefer to watch them live if I can. I lack the discipline to properly watch a recorded game. I always end up fast forwarding through the action or what not.

Fantasy Football Update:

I am in three leagues and went to the finals in all three. I won two and lost one. Luckily, the one I lost was the only non-money league, so things worked out very well.

Thank you, Matt Stafford and Drew Brees!

One must be careful, however, if one is fast forwarding commercials with one's wife in the room. It happened to me once and I just muttered, "My finger slipped and I hit the wrong button. Oops!"

It was ridiculous how much sports I watched yesterday:

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Parts of three bowl games, primarily the MSU/Georgia game and the start of the Winter Classic.

5:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Winter Classic and Rose Bowl.

8:30 pm - 12: 30 am: Fiesta Bowl, world juniors hockey tournament quater finals, Czechs vs. Russia, some of the Vancouver/San Jose game and some of the Edmonton/Chicago game.

Tonight will be busy as well: Sugar Bowl, Wings/Stars and Canada/Russia.

Lady H_B's patience is being tested...

My son in the Navy is going through a divorce and I swear I have never encountered a bigger (won't even post what I want to call her) than his soon to be ex mother in law.

If I had a Mother in Law like her in either of my marriages I would still be in prison.......

That felt really good, random rant over!

Like most people, when listening to 70s Solid Gold tunes I like to sing along, switching the lyrics to something a bit more modern. This morning I had "Baby Come Back" pop up on my IPod, but belted out "Baby Got Back" at the top of my lungs. It was pretty awesome ...

My dog is weird and overly sensitive.

He is afraid of a great number of things:

1. Trashbags
2. Balloons
3. Umbrellas
4. Fire - to the extent that we can no longer have a fire in the fireplace
5. Beeping sounds
6. Lady H_B washing dishes
7. The vaccuum
8. Anyone opening windows or doing anything with blinds/curtains/windows
9. My voice the few times I have had to dictate cross exam questions (the only thing I dictate for work) at home.
10. Me playing "Left 4 Dead." Despite the fact that I wear a headset, he gets incredibly nervous whenever I play the game to the extent that after a while he tries to crawl into my lap, despite the fact that he's 60 lbs. I have had to quit playing and go sit with him on the couch to calm him down.
11. Me and/or my friends whenever we're watching a particularly tense Lions/Red Wings/UofM game.

Same- all about how he's so great. That's a convenient "constituent education and information" topic for him

EDIT: For the record, different Congressman, same junk mail

P.S. In case you're wondering why this comes up now, I am munching on a package of Pez candy.

The taste is there...but not the fun.

I am now coming to the shocking realization that, without the dispenser, Pez candy by itself is really just a meh hard candy.

So I was talking to this girl online a while back. Found out months after talking she was in rehab because she almost killed herself by over dosing. I thought she was nice to listen to me vent about my dad draining me daily so thought I'd try to be there for her as a friend, I didn't want her to kill her self. This girl told me she just ends up dating losers. So fast forward til today, on Facebook I looked her up and saw she had a boy friend. Decided to look at his interest and he likes Jay Leno.
