I almost lost my life again last night. This time to an Elder Ghoul. Nasty fellow. His claws were dripping with venom and when he hit the venom would cause me to miss a turn. Finally at one point he paralyzed causing me to miss 2 turns. Luck was on my side though, as my mace eventually was his undoing.

I am off to go get the characters sheets, dice and pencil from my office. When I get back, everybody gets 100 XP, inventory exchanges are made, and inventory quesitons in my pm box are answered

Everyone gains 1000XP for being alive on Day 18.
Human and Ring of Wisdom will increase this.

I totally was disappointed that no one took monk. They rock. No one deals more damage in combat than a monk. Same specialization that a Warrior has, advances more quickly on the XP chart, get the +15 XP bonus of being a human, and at level 5 starts attacking TWICE PER TURN. You would just tear through monsters then. Imagine attacking with the Axe of Cleaving twice a turn instead of once. Xeenthrax would be very happy with that arrangement thanks.
The armor things not too bad. By 5th level they have natural AC of chainmail, by 7th of plate mail, and by 8th of full plate. That's without having to acquire any armor. Then add three Clerics spells at levels 3,6,9, which are going to be Cure, Cure and Cure, and you have a tank and a half. Ah well.

Next game, if there ever is a next game, I call them Kensai. Then maybe people will want to play them.
I have a list of the changes I'd make ot the futur erules set.

You have to call them something cool like Poli.
If you called them Poli I would play as one.

I don't think I understand Alacrity -- can't we all trade items immediately through the black market?

Item has t owait a day before being traded again. With Alacrity, if I accept Steve's mace, I can immediately send it elsewhere. Note, if Steve had Alacrity and sent me the mace, I would still have to wait a day before sending it on, since it is in my possession. This had maximum value for those receiving and hipping out items a lot. I wonder who that is

Hmm, so let's say I trade a potion to Pass and he has alacrity. Can he immediately trade it back or would both of us have to have alacrity? |

I don't need alacrity, so looks like I will just go with healing potions or if someone sells me some before the deadline than I will go and save the town! I am anxious to do that

ntndeacon sends Danny Plain Helm, Healing potion and herbs Danny sends NTNdeacon 225 gold and +1 magical axe Magical axe is worth 150, So basically 300 for those three items. I could use the extra healing from the herbs just in case if that is alright. |
