You hurt your non-throwing hand in the biggest game in your program's history, as a win over a much inferior team gets you into the national championship game. Your team is struggling with the back-up.

You have to get back into that game much quicker than you did.

He dislocated his thumb. His thumb was pointed straight down. That makes it really hard to take a snap.

It wasn't his call.

He wanted and tried to get back in early.

Good God Reynaud just made someone look silly. What a move.

Nice....

#2 Darius Reynaud has a higher vertical than any of the WVU basketball players. He's a freak of nature.

Stoops is a paradox in coaching. He's great at winning the conference championship, but he could take a lesson from Mack Brown or Pinkel on how to prepare your team for a bowl game. I do think that Mangino will have his team well prepared tomorrow night.

Yeah, if we're watching the game, we can hear what the announcers say. You don't have to restate it word for word .

As long as he keeps filling the trophy case with conference championships, he'll be OK, although there is a lot of aggravation.

Just some awful play-calling. I wasn't so down on the two point try when OU made it 20-15...but the onside kick...holeee...IMO that took the air out of the Sooners who had done a good job rallying after a dismal 1st half.

It's vintage WVU. Wear down the opposing defense and explode on the rushing game in the 4th Q.

Good call? Looked to me like that was helmet to chest which then drove into the facemask.

I do think that was an amazing catch.

dola

What's up with the people sitting in front of the WVU band dressed like superheroes from 70s action shows? It's like Shazam meets the Greatest American Hero.

Yep, Arizona State sure did.

So, time to break this gem out:

Q: Why does Bob Stoops eat his Cheerios on a plate?
A: Because if they were in a bowl he'd lose them.

What a great win for WVU, especially after Steve Slaton was knocked out of the game early on. And Bill Stewart really deserved this win!
