That won't work, but I have seen a scroll of protection from petrification sold at the Djinni before. I might get lucky and just meet an acid monster or something that will cast Acid Arrows at me.

If you want to team up, that works for me -- I'm not looking for a big fight today, since I already fought that hag this morning. Do you know what adjoins the wyvern/castle room? Anything good?

I did, and it came in very handy. The hags had been using magic missile to destroy several of my mirror images at a time, and I don't know if this last one took damage from it, but she was surprised when all my images were still there!
