Gramm, explain.

I'm a bit worried I may have been too early to reveal my role. I have to leave in a few and figured it was best to get my information out there for the rest of you.

Why does it not make sense? I am, and felt ive been dropping little hints about it as well. I thought you were the one who knew with your comments, and its a major reason i was asking for your thoughts on the role reveals.

Nequa revealed, so ill do my part

Night 1:Myself
Night 2:Nequa
Night 3odgerchick

Neither of the other 2 had anything but a quiet night those nights, leaving me to look for 2 wolves out of 3 people. Swaggs, LSG, and gramat. Thats my position today. I was ready to count you as trusted and go for the other 2 if you knew i was the bodyguard and didnt night kill me. Now im not sure...

I thought Blade was the fast talker based on his pushing hard, even for Blade. It almost sounded like he wanted us to vote him. He led the day voting each time and a bodyguard tries to keep heat off of himself as he has no daytime protection.

I think it makes sense because he basically dared the wolves to kill him at night. I'm not entirely sure if the bodyguard can block the person they're protecting or protect that person AND themselves.

Make sense?

Bodyguard can protect anyone they want but it does not block that persons actions. Just protects them from attack and gives a percentage of identifying the attacker. They cannot block their target and themselves. They have to pick one person and not the same person two nights in a row.

If you think im a wolf, then where is the actual bodyguard. LSG said its not her, its not you, its not nequa, its not DC. So unless you want to campaign that swaggs is the bodyguard, im good. Sorry you were wrong about my role, but 4 of the 5 people alive(besides me) have basically said, in words or by not countering my story, that they are not the bodyguard. Dont you think in this situation, with a wolf lying, the real bodyguard would have come forward so you could all lynch me.

I wasnt worried about a lynch for this reason. I could drop a role reveal to save myself...no one can counter my claims becuase im being honest about my role.

I know Blade is not being truthful, because I am the bodybuilder. That is why I was hinting at roled players being online at lynch time. I did not want you guys to lynch me because I am the bodyguard.

What the hell? So pretty much my COT is dodgerchick and Nequa. But now Gramm and Blade are playing bodyguard???? I have had a hunch against Blade since day one so

Vote Blade

If he is a good guy then I will volunteer to die, but I think Blade has been acting funny since day one, and I trust Gram over him.

I dont think Gram is stupid enough to come out after Blade and say no no no, I am the bodybuilder, not you. That would put a lot of suspicion on him, and I dont think he wants that.

Why would you not come straight out and call my bluff if i was lying. First you doubted it, then explained why you thought i was the fast-talker and not the bodyguard, and NOW you say you know becuase your the bodyguard. On a day like this, if you really were the bodyguard, you would flat out call my bluff. Your lying, and i thank you for making the path clear today.

Is that why you fake revealed? By going first, you would convince them to lynch me and ensure you could make the kill tonight, ending the game for a wolf win

Following is who I protected:

Night One – Grammaticus
Night Two – Blade
Night Three – Neuqua

Look at how I have played so far. I didn’t dare move my vote on day one as it would have made me look suspicious. I wanted to move off Neuqua to make sure Tyrith could not make a tie and screw us, but didn’t dare move for fear of getting lynched for it. At that point in the game, the odds are whoever was going to die was more likely villager than wolf.

I’ve made sure I have played the game giving what I could, but have not pushed anything too hard so as not to get lynched and take the BG out of the game. I tend to always get lynched by my own team in these games and have been trying to keep my BG role in the game to make a block.

Well, at least we'll be 50% sure of whose a wolf tonight, now the thing is trying to figure out whose lying.

Dammit... at least 50% is better than shooting in the dark which is what we have been doing.

Ive made up my mind.

I am the bodybuilder. Ill do my best to stop them tonight.

Now, id like the fast talker to come forward. If he/she does, or multiple people do, i will then reveal who i protected each night. My thinking here is if multiple people claim the role we can actually test it by setting up the two claimers. The winner will either die, or be the fast talker and lynch the other. Secondly, i have guarded 3 people, all of which are still alive right now. I asked lathum, and he said he couldnt tell me what would happen if i guarded an assistant. All 3 of my nights have been very similar though, so my thinking is i have guarded all good guys. I dont want to reveal who until people claim the fast talker, as i dont want the wolves to know if their the ones who are not cleared in my semi-seer system until after they try to pull a fast one. If no one does, we have 2 cleared roles, and of the 4 others we have potentially 2 of them cleared by my guarding. That could hand us the victory, if im right here.

Thoughts?

I'm starting to think Gram is the wolf based on what blade said he asked lathum.

Where did you go Blade? I’m on a freakin conference call and I’m not running off to go think up a strategy to cover lies. I’ve seen this before. When a wolf tries a power move and it doesn’t work, they have to go back and think of how to cover it up.

I am so pissed, I was going to vote with you today and try to keep you from being lynched today.

I know there's a controversy about whether or not ties are good, but would a tie towards the end help or hinder us prisoners? I mean we can tell a lot if Gram and Blade are tied towards the end. I think a wolf would come out and save a fellow wolf... thoughts?

Unfortunatly, I don't think so. One thing I learned about WW is that lying is encouraged to win, so you do what you can to accomplish that.

Now if there was a way to hack the FOFC forum to find the PM....

Hmm I dont know about Swaggs. I guess I have been concentrating so much on Blade I haven't thought about the second wolf. I think only a smart veteran would kill SNDVLS off the first night. And swaggs is definitly one of those.

DC, that only works if people don't encrypt their PMs - most of the savvy WW vets are doing that these days to prevent this well-known exploit.

His note about asking Lathum is fake. The PM was clear. It said I only protect the target, EVEN if the target is making a kill. The percentage to identify the wolf was only when the wolf attacked who I was guarding. It was clear that the role was only part “witness” when “successfully” guarding a “target” and not part role blocker at all. From a balance perspective it makes sense.

Blade is just acting like he asked Lathum, because that is a standard type of question when the role is not clarified in the PM. He is trying to use something that nobody can verify for cover.

From the roles on page one:
Bodybuilder: Once per night you may guard another players room. If you successfully block a kill you have a 30% chance of discovering the attacker. You may not guard the same person twice in a row.

You are both right and wrong with this idea. Two distinct points, and ill address them. The first being a tie..this is a HORRIBLE idea..this is the end game...if we had one more person(had saldana not died) this might of worked, as it wouldnt be endgame. Unfortunately, if you pick wrong today you lose. So a tie, or any situation where the wolves have a shot to swing it is terrible. Like tyriths play, if the wolves can move it even 1 minutes before the deadline they will win.

Second point being that the wolves will support each other. Note the reactions(at first, as over time the second person is slowing down a bit i presume for tomorrow in case this fails). Who has supported me? No one...who has supported Gramat? LSG. Two bad guys, 1 bodybuilder. Two people on grams side, one on mine. Come on DC, you know i always play aggressive and make risky moves. Everything i have done this game fits in my normal play style. Think about this...
