exactly, they have a ton of hole to fill and pick up an extra pick for dropping 2 spots and no risk.

The Bucs may have actually saved Denver from themselves, the Broncos probably take a defensive player now.

Man if the Broncos thought they could get Freeman with their second pick they just got majorly burned by Tampa

I really think if Oher is at 20 Detroit may trade down.

If Maulauga is there at 20, Detroit may try and convince Philly they'll take Oher, and deal back one spot. MLB is their biggest hole, but Oher is probably higher on their board if I had to guess.

Leftwich proved a lot to me as a Steeler fan last year. I thought he was a horrible signing and I was very, very wrong. I doubt Freeman beats him out in the next three or four years.

Ah. I know Brighton but I didn't think of that. Beware of the Circle Drives.

Hmm. I am seriously shocked Oher and Mauluga will most likely be available at #20. I really hope Detroit can deal back somehow though and get a few other picks if possible.

your nuts.

They didn't trade up and use a first round pick on a guy who is going to sit for 3-4 years.

If Leftwich was that good he wouldn't have been a backup last year or lost his job to Garrard.

I really think Freeman is much more of the erratic player we saw than the stud. Yeah, they will push him and start him but I don't think he holds the job.

He lost his job to Garrard because he gave up on the Jaguars, gave up on the team, and gave up on his teammate.s

Gotcha Lathum, my misunderstanding. So you mean kind of like he was signed by the Bucs this year? I think he starts game 1 and it'll be tough to get him out of that spot.

Eagles taking Beanie Wells or Pettigrew?

Started watching the nfl.com live stream and ESPN hasn't even reported the trade yet.

EDIT: They just did. They were a good two minutes behind. I guess since no one was sitting with a cell phone to their ear....

Wow, Cleveland is just bouncing all over the place.

Maclin to Philly is a huge score for the Eagles.

Trading Edwards still a possibility if they think they can get Nicks in the 2nd.

Detroit doesn't have a real MLB on their roster .. Though a case can be made for the fact we don't have a LT on our roster either I guess.

I'm mostly over the DHB pick now. Still way too early to pick him and they should have traded down, but I'm not upset with having him on the team. I originally liked him as a trade up from our 2nd round pick to a late first.

Rey could be great but he has questionable football instincts and was surrounded by a lot of elite talent that let him freelance. Not sure how well he'll take to the responsibility of being an NFL MLB.
