I am from Houston, Texas originally but went to University of the Ozarks in Arkansas to play softball when I met GE. He played soccer there. After 3 semesters we decided to leave the school and transfer to a bigger, better school in Mississippi, close to where his family lives. So we go to two seperate schools about 30 minutes apart. He has his own apartment and I live in the dorm, but I see him all the time. But we dont see one another during Christmas or Thanksgiving break. So I'll be seeing him Saturday for the first time in a month and I can't wait.

I'm not one to doubt the statement that you changed schools for a man. I did once myself back in the day.

However, I would like to know why, if you're only 30 mins apart, the two of you don't share an apartment in the middle?

It's all in fun. Well GE's home is in Memphis, mine in Houston. So in order to see one another during these breaks you would need a plane ticket unless you are up to driving the 9 hours. And, I get a dorm room for free, so I didn't want to waste it, plus his mother would kill us if we lived together. She doesn't even know we are sleeping together or that I sleep over during the weekends. And she hopefully never will.
