I should have just gone with logarithmic paper I'll keep this in mind for a time when the requests have died down a little more. Technically, I suppose you're right, and it could make a difference on the logo, but it probably wouldn't be as noticeable on the helmet. Oh - one last note for anyone interested. In the IHOF forum, I created a "can of worms" thread, which has a zipped .psd helmet template. Doesn't have everything, but it does have the shading layers. edit: just for the record, my primary degree is a BS in BME, and RPI was on my short list (applied and accepted).

I'm using paint shop pro mostly and photoshop for that very reason (the replace color ability) I guess I just need to look harder for helmets that are closer tow hat I'm looking to work with instead of just using what I have already =)
keep up the great stuff man! |

oh and the panther logos were the original carolina panther submissions to the NFL for a logo idea. they finally went with just the headshot of the cat on their helmets, but these were still floating around the net somewhere.

Anyone see any armadillos while looking for logos? I can't find a good one. I know the armadillo isn't exactly known as an aggressive beast or anything, but I figured someone would have a mascot that at least looked like it would bite you.

No worries, at this point I'm enjoying filling up my non existant league-website with all these designs =)
there will be plenty of leagues to get into once the game is out, most people are sitting back and waiting to see how this one works out, so they can make any adjustments to the system =) |

Red and grey, Thinking the facemask in grey, the helmet red with a grey-red-grey stripe down the middle, with the main part of the helmet all red.

Sadly its the best I've seen. The one cuervo found was just a head, and its hard to tell what an armadillo is if its just a head. I may rethink my mascot, maybe something around the alamo would be better. |

OKay the last 3 are good. I've been trying to think of a good name for a San Antonio team themed around the Alamo, but just can't, the Missions just isn't what I'm looking for. I'll stick with armadillos, and I'll either go with with cuervo's red armadillo on grey, or 3ric's crack armadillo on red. Thanks to everyone for the help!
