I love the Little and Neal picks. Both are good young players.

Neal's +/- is a bit ugly, but he will get goals and PIM, and has a chance to improve on the +/- on what should be a better team this year.

Just a note to let everyone know that I will be unable to update the Yahoo site this week except for before 7 AM and after 4 PM each day. Please keep this in mind if you're picking between those hours. I've also sent a draft list to RomaGoth and I'm sure he can keep the draft list here updated until I'm able to update the Yahoo site each day. Thanks to RomaGoth for helping out and I'm sorry I keep having to do this. We're almost done.

Bbor, you are on the clock. We need to speed this thing up or we won't be ready by Thursday. We still have 3 rounds to go.

I am fine with that. Maybe 2-3 hours maximum between picks? The cut-off at night could be 10-11pm, and 8am begin things again? (I don't get on the computer until at least 8 or 9 in the morning usually)

Guys, we'll be fine. 3 rounds with 3 days, well, even with the time limits as they've been, we tend to hit one or two stagnant periods a day, then do half a round in a couple hours. Obviously sucks to hit a lull, but we've been cruising along at a pretty good pace for the most part. We've had a few days where we've gotten through almost 4 rounds during working hours.

Also, if we do change things, please keep in mind us west coast types. I don't get online until 8am-ish my time (so 10am eastern). I do try to check last/first thing and if my turn is close I'll try and get on earlier, but that morning abbreviated cutoff is a potential killer if we shorten that up at all.

I understand where you are coming from, but I for one would really like to be done with the draft sooner rather than later. If people are going to be offline for more than 3 hours at a time, they should leave a list with someone who can be on. Guess we will just have to wait and see what happens, eh?

Oh, I agree that sooner is better than later, but nobody has really been an issue repeatedly in the draft (that I've noticed anyway) and given that even with shorter time limits we're looking at being done late tomorrow/early Wednesday all changing the time limits seem like they'll do now is force one or two auto picks and potentially tick off a few owners just prior to the season starting.
I'd hope we're all trying to check in and keep track of where things are at, but given that there's no money involved and just board pride at stake (heh), so long as we do indeed finish prior to the season starting we should be okay to just go along as we have. Again, if time limits are shortened up, I have no problems with it, I just think given the flow of the draft so far that we'll probably get past this lull and knock out a bunch of picks by the end of the day and be in good shape. I am a bit of an optimist at times though

Can someone confirm what the rosters are supposed to look like?
Is it this, which is on the first page: C / C LW / LW RW / RW FW D / D / D / D G / G Bench / Bench / Bench / Bench Or what's on the yahoo page? Which is C / C LW / LW RW / RW FW / FW D / D / D / D UTIL / UTIL G / G With no apparent bench? (or perhaps a bench of 4) If it's what's on the first page, then we're done after Round 17 (the current round). If it's what's on the yahoo page (and assuming there is a 4 person bench), it's 20 round as expected.

If you go to the draft results page in our league, it will show how many rounds have been completed and how many remain. There are 20 rounds, with 4 bench players.

Well, anyone willing to make Bbor's pick in a half hour? That will put him at 6 hours since the last pick.
