Work Rant

People at work really suck. 2 people went down sick for first shift on Christmas morning. Now me and another staff member who are working third shift tonight are forced to also work first shift tomorrow morning. It's nice to know that some people think there holiday is more important than anyone else's. It used to be an unwritten rule that no one would call in sick on a holiday so that no one would get forced.

Well Merry Fucking Christmas

Some places I worked in the past, would fire people for calling out on holidays. Of course, that was quite a few years ago.

In any case, I'm sorry to hear that you got screwed over.

Just do what I did. Take a new job, but made it so I would be starting it after Christmas. SO I was basically unemployed for the few days around Christmas
