H-trick - Can Injured Guys Still Play?

I've got a guy, actually one of top Defenders who's listed as Injured for 2 Weeks.

Do I still have the option of putting him in my lineup? Or if I do, will it automatically take him out and go to the Backup?

Thanks!!

Only about 5 1/2 Hours till Gametime!! (7:00pm est)

I don't think he can play, if he can I would assume he would be very ineffective so I would recommend using a backup.

if they have a band aid next to their name, they can play, but with slightly greater risks. if they gave a red cross, you are out of luck (and they should be red in your orders screen for the day, but I'm not sure about that)

If you put a guy into the line-up with a red cross he will not be replaced and you will play the game one man short.

So make sure you have no guys out there with a red cross by thier name.
