"Category 7" now filming

I tried bumping the original thread, but the current archiving system makes doing that virtually pointless, so I guess it gets its own thread.

CBS has begun filming a four-hour mini-series as a sequel to last year's Category 6 TV movie. It has been titled Category 7: The End of the World. Shannen Doherty stars as well as Gina Gershon, James Brolin, Randy Quaid, Tom Skerritt and Swoosie Kurtz. The mini-series will air during November sweeps.

I must have missed the original - what was "Category 6" all about?

Ah, Randy Quaid's back for a second dose of UIC. Glad to see Dianne Wiest wised up and is sitting this one out. I'm disappointed but not surprised to see James Brolin on this list. But Tom Skerritt! Say it ain't so Viper!

I'd much rather see Space Camp II next on Tom's agenda than this. "Jinx put Max in space, Jinx can get Max back!"
