Impossible song search...
There's very little to go on.
- African American artist/band - seems like an older group, in their 40s - light rock/pop - lead singer may have long hair/dreadlocks - has a higher pitched voice - performed for Bill Clinton at some televised celebration - one line of lyrics from what I think is the chorus: "Free.....like a bird." I thought it was Luther Vandross but it's not. I remember vaguely in the late 80s or early 90s, brothers who were both singers. One had a higher profile than the other but they both were high pitched. I wonder if this is one of their songs. Like I said, not much to go on. |

Are you talking about "Bird on a Wire" by Aaron Neville (or the Neville Brothers)???

You could have gotten the answer quicker if you said: "one of the singers had a golf ball sized mole above his eye".
