Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)

I am getting this error when I try to connect to my OOTP league's website. The problem will exist for about 2 hours then I will be able to connect to the site for about 10-15 minutes then the problem comes back.

The problem doesn't happen when I remove the www from the address, but all of the links on the site put the www back in there. Using an IP address has the same problem.

Does anyone know a solution to this issue or maybe what the problem is? I know of another site using the same webhost and it works, so I don't think it is that. I think this is a DNS issue, but I'm not sure.
