BBM2K6 Question

Hi guys. Haven't been around much, I know. Working as a programmer just sucks the life out of my computer time at home, so I don't come here as often. I'm trying hard to get back into things sports sim related, so I thought I'd try out the new BB Mogul game, since the past ones are old favorites. I started out running my Rangers from 1973 in a historical league. My question is, will the DH rule automatically come into effect in 1976 or do I have to do that myself, and will teams expand, leagues reorganize, and playoffs expand all by themselves as the years go by, or will I have to do this all manually?

The leagues reorganize, teams expand/move, and playoffs expand automatically. I think the DH rule comes in automatically as well.
