Tivo HDTV Question
I just bought a HDTV and was going to call Comcast tomorrow and pick up a HDTV box. I didn't think about the Tivo not being able to transmit in HDTV. Now I'm considering getting Comcast's PVR and going with it to be able to get HD reception. I'm assuming that my Tivo won't let me get the HD reception and that Comcast's box will. I don't have a vast amount of knowledge on the new TVs and services, so I guess I'm looking for someone on here that is to help me out.

The Comcast PVR allows you to record in HD.

The only feature that I think I would miss is Tivo to Go. I have transferred several recordings to my computer and burned them onto DVD. Other than that, it seems that the Comcast PVR is at least as good, and I like the ability to record more than one show at once.

There is an HDTV Tivo Box, but it is relatively expensive.
