NCAA tournament math question?

Here is a math problem, and I hope someone could provide an anwser.

How many different possible combinations are there when filling a bracket in?

In other words, how many different brackets could one make?

How many different brackets could one make if none of the 10-16 seeds made it past round 2

All combinations is

64 X 32 X 16 X 8 x 4 x 2 which gives me 2,097,152

Im thinking its 64^6th power which would be 68,719,476,736 but I dont know enough math to be sure my anwser is correct.

If thats true then not including the 10-16 seed would be something like (64^2)+(36^4)=1,683,712
