I believe she's having an ectopic pregnancy? Or testing for one. I'm not sure, I just saw a blurb come by on the bottom of CNN.

I don't like Kobe, but I don't begrudge him for skipping a game or multiple games if his wife is sick. Ectopic pregnancies can potentially have serious complications.
