Just a little help please
Not much to say...just lend me your prayers.
My 89 year old grandfather just had a stroke, and isn't doing to hot. This is the man that took me in at the age of 15 cause I couldn't stand my step father. He did the same for my youngest sister as well. We both lived with him till we were 18. He has a lot of meaning and has always been one of my true hero's. He is sitting in another state right now, and I am getting everyone ready to head over there. I'm rarely emotional on here, but a lot of you guys I talk to regularly, and actually enjoy the company....plus, a lot of you have helped me find my faith again.

So many of us know how difficult times like this can be. Hang in there, my friend. You and your grandfather are in my thoughts.

This makes me remember when my grandfather (who I was also close to) became sick and died last March. It was a very rough time for me, particularly because he was in another state (about 1500 miles away.) You and your family will be in my prayers.

I'm praying for you.
I envy you. I was never able to be very close to either of my grandfathers. |

Thank you all for your prayers.....
Just a brief update. His right cartorid (sp?) artery is completely clogged, and the left has little flow, basically, he isn't getting any oxygen/blodd to his brain...the surgical procedure, that they can do, for his age and shape, is pretty high risk they have said. Just waiting for a decision, but he is going downhill fast.
