FOF2004 : injury question

I have this player badly injured, like a 6 month injury. I want to know when, in the following off-season, will I be aware for sure of his "new" ratings post-injury. His ratings might return intact, or they might drop. So I want to figure out at which stage of the off-season I'll know for sure that the ratings I see on his page are the ones I'll have to live with for the reminder of his career.

thanks for the input.

ratings drop hit when the player hits "questionable" or "probable"...it seems to vary by the injury type.

I don't think this is always the case. I'm pretty confident I've had guys I thought were in the clear, only to see a huge drop once they were back to 100%.

Darkiller, you'll see Lumpkins new ratings in the first 2008 league file. Of course he's subject to the usual post-draft fluctuation. I don't know if there is any additional risk there because of the injury.

Offseason seems to account for about 25 weeks of time, which is faithful to the real life span of Super Bowl to 1st week of Preseason.
