When on the truck, 5-6 hours is a pretty good day of sleeping for me. 4 can be normal some weeks. Take in mind that none if this is straight through, I usually wake up 2 or 3 times atleast. Sometimes these are just up and thenback to sleep, sometimes I am up a hour or two.
At home, 6 or 7 hours is pretty good. Once usually every 2 or 3 weeks I will completely crash and get a good 9 or 10 hours at once.

I always go to bed between 9:30 and 10 and wake up at 6. So 8-8:30 of sleep. On the weekends I go to bed a little later, but am always up before 8.
