How do you post on boards with Excel?

I'm wondering how you format a post so that you can use part of an Excel worksheet in your post? Any help would be great. Along with an example. Thanks!

Go to your options screen (on a vBulletin board), and set your editor to "WYSIWYG"... then just copy-paste the part of the Excel sheet into your message.

Alternatively, take a screenshot (Alt+PrntScrn) of your worksheet, open MS Paint, Ctrl+V, erase the erreneous parts, find a webserver to host the image and then do a standard image-post into your message.

Hope this helps,

Or copy the excel sheet to your clipboard and then paste it onto the board between {code} tags (replace {} with [] ). It doesn't always line up perfectly, though...
