You know what sucks about being a Warriors fan?
Besides the obvious, "being a warriors fan," its actually does suck not to be able to say that we are the worst team in the NBA. The warriors need to win some kind of title, and I'll settle for that one.

lol...every warriors fan said that the year we had all 3 of those guys that if we were in the eastern conference, we would have been in the playoffs. So I'm not surprised.

I would say that you can't even admit to being a "Golden State" fan. It sounds more like a breakfast cerial...

I'm just glad I don't live in the Bay Area anymore because then I would have to watch them more often. I am a Warriors fan, I try to keep up with the boxscores, but overall I don't care that much about the NBA. I'm just waiting to get the right mix of players and hopefully we can do something sometime.

I was going to say that what sucks is that they never made a sequel but then I realized you were talking about THOSE Warriors not the cool ones.
Of course they could take a hint from those boys and once in a while "come out to playay." I wouldn't care though. I stopped being a Warriors fan when Rick Barry left and yes, I was a Rick Barry fan. I liked watching him go to the line.

Oh, the Warriors. Being a fan is such a labor of love. The only positive side that Dampier is once against a waste of space in Dallas. Not being able to get arenas back killed any momentum this team had built, and was Garry St. Jean's final dickslap to face of the fans.
Someday.

In his defense, its not like there was much he could have done to keep Arenas. It wasnt like teams were lining up to take his big contracts on. IF Brian Russell hadnt have refused his 1.5 million dollar player option, or if the cap hadnt gone up a bit more than expected that offseason, Arenas is probably still a warrior. |
