OT: Am I screwed?
So I bought FoF and I loved playing it
However I recently bought a new computer. Can I just copy the game over from my old computer? Or is there a place I can download it (legally obviously) to my new computer? |

You're not screwed.
Un-license the software on your old computer. (in the control panel). Then, just download and re-install on your new computer. Be sure to have your order ID handy. |

You can get it from solecismic.com and I believe each purchace has two licences. So even if you have it licensed on your old computer it shouldn't be a problem to get a license for the copy on your new computer.

ViaTech has been nothing short of EXCELLENT when you ask for your order ID. Most emails come back within 5 mins during normal business hours. Todd |

I'm going to piggyback on this thread with my licensing issue. I have FOF installed at home and at work. I just got a new PC at work and when I setup the new one, I took the hard drive out of the old one and stuck it in the new one as a 2nd drive. I didnt think about unlicensing the game at the time. I reloaded the game, but it thinks its not licensed so I cant unlicense it.
Should I give up trying to figure it out and just fire off an email to Viatech? |

I almost feel guilty (even though every request was legit) hitting viatech anymore. I'm notorious for having computers explode on me, and have had to get my TCY license reset a bunch of times.
They're always VERY fast and very cool about it. |
