OT - Cruel Hotmail April Fools Joke??
Ok, went to check my email this afternoon and my entire inbox was gone except a few junk mails I had gotten since I last checked it, which i think was this morning. I freak out but think well maybe i accidentally "emptied folder" which i do for junk mail. So i check the trash can....nothing. I check a few other created folders besides my inbox....nothing. What is the deal???? Probably over 100 emails just vanished. admittedly, quite a few were old and just kept due to being funny or sentimental, but a few of the recent ones were pretty important.
Has anyone else had this happen to them (today or otherwise)?? what could cause this, a temporary system glitch with hotmail?? could a virus do this? i scanned my computer and it came up clean, so i dont know....... if anyone could offer any insight or idea on what to do to try to get some back (if even possible) i would be soooooo appreciative....thanks -zums |

My Hotmail account has been fine all day. Not sure what happened....
