I got no idea where you found this I have never seen this.But the translation of the lyrics lead me to believe this is not a commercial for a product.I am just guessing this is some kind film students creation.Anyways it is nonsense saying you eat junk food and it comes out as shit.Nothing deep standard student film crap.
