If you mean ability, not really... but I've seen plenty of middle rounders win championships, one guy drafted in the 5th had like 4 Super Bowl Wins in the games 20 years so far.

They tend to put up decent stats, around 80 or so QB rating, some better, some worse.

I've seen quite a bunch of middle rounds QBs perform pretty well and win a championship or two.

If I refer to your original topic "drafting QBs" : I seldom found starters for my own team in the middle/late rounds.
Usually those QBs that I picked, ended up being pretty good and I generally traded them to some other team for value picks.
My starters are, 99% of the time, 1st or 2nd round players that I groomed myself, in my system, and they blossomed ultimately.

The middle/late round QBs are backups, that often have playing time, they developp quite well, and then are trade and most of them start on some other teams.

I love to follow what they've become btw...it's exciting to think that you "gave the kid a chance" when he was basically "unwanted" coming out of college...And that after some time, teams are battling around to lure him and make him their #1 QB.

If you draft using TCY files, there are plenty. Come to think of it, there are plenty of everything using TCY files. On the other hand, using randomly generate files is more difficult. I have seen guys with potential in the 50-60 range in later rounds, but not often.
